Reviewing your Walk

Once a walk is complete, you can review everything that was captured and analysed.

My Walks

The My Walks page is your home screen. It lists all of your walks with their status:

  • Processing — Maslo is analysing your findings. This usually takes a few minutes.
  • Complete — Your walk is ready to review.
  • Paused — You started a walk but haven’t ended it yet.

Each walk card shows the walk name, site, date, and number of findings. Tap View to open a walk, or Delete to remove it.

Walks are sorted by newest first by default. You can change the sort order using the dropdown at the top of the list.

Filtering walks

Tap the Filter button to narrow your walk list by site or walk category. This is useful when you have a large number of walks and want to focus on a specific location or type.

Walk detail view

Tapping into a walk shows the detail view with four tabs:

Findings

A summary of everything captured during the walk, organised by finding. Each finding has a title (generated by Maslo from your photos and description), a priority level, and any associated evidence.

The page shows a count of total findings and a breakdown by priority — how many are High, Medium, and Low.

Findings are sorted newest first by default. You can change the sort order.

Report

Generate and view PDF reports. See the Reports page for details.

Walk Log

A chronological record of everything you captured — every photo and description in the order you recorded them, with timestamps. This is a raw activity log, not the processed findings view.

Ask Maslo

Your AI assistant for this walk. See the Ask Maslo page for details.

Editing findings

Tap Edit on any finding to update it. You can:

  • Change the priority — select High, Medium, or Low. Maslo assigns an initial priority during analysis, but you can override it based on your judgement.
  • Manage photos — view, download, or remove photos attached to the finding.
  • Update the description — edit the AI-generated description or add your own notes.

Tap Save and exit when you’re done. If you’ve already generated a report, you’ll need to refresh it to reflect your edits.

Walk IDs

Every walk has a unique identifier starting with SW (e.g. SW-01-12-1234). Every finding has an identifier starting with FN. These IDs appear in reports and can be used to reference specific walks or findings when communicating with colleagues.
