What is SiteWalk?
SiteWalk is a simple, browser-based inspection tool (no app download required) that helps teams capture issues and observations during on-site walks using photos, voice, and text, then share them instantly with the right people to take action. Over time, it turns those daily routines into actionable insights, surfacing patterns, trends, and opportunities across all your site data.

Do I need to install an app?
No app installation required. SiteWalk works directly in your web browser on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Just log in and start walking.

Who owns the data?
You do. Your data stays yours — we don't sell, share, or repurpose it. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Is it secure?
Yes. SiteWalk is hosted in the UK (AWS, London region), and your photos, notes and voice are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role and protected by multi-factor authentication, and your data is never used to train AI models. We are Cyber Essentials Plus certified, ICO registered, and built to UK GDPR (we have completed a Data Protection Impact Assessment). See our security page for the full picture.

How quickly can we get started?
Most teams are up and running within a day. We'll help you configure your first walkthrough templates and train your team on the basics.

How much does it cost?
There's a simple self-serve Team plan, billed per person each month, for teams of up to 15 — everyone gets the full product and Maslo. For more than 15 people or several sites, get in touch and we'll tailor a plan to how you work. See our pricing page for current rates.
