Install Site Walk

Site Walk is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Instead of downloading it from the App Store or Google Play, you install it directly from your browser. Visit app.sitewalk.co.uk, then follow the steps below for your device.

iPhone or iPad — Safari

1. Open Safari and go to app.sitewalk.co.uk.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down the share menu and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Edit the name if you’d like, then tap Add in the top-right corner.

Site Walk will now appear on your home screen as an app icon.

iPhone or iPad — Chrome

Since iOS 17, you can also install Site Walk from Chrome.

1. Open Chrome and go to app.sitewalk.co.uk.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) in the address bar.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Edit the name if you’d like, then tap Add.

Site Walk will appear on your home screen just as it would from Safari.

Android — Chrome

1. Open Chrome and go to app.sitewalk.co.uk.
2. If a banner appears at the bottom of the screen saying Add Site Walk to Home screen, tap it and then tap Install. You’re done.
3. If no banner appears, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
4. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
5. Tap Install to confirm.

Site Walk will be added to your home screen and app drawer like any other app.

After installing

Once installed, tap the Site Walk icon on your home screen to open it. The app runs in its own window — no browser toolbar, no tabs — just like a native app.

Updates are applied automatically. Whenever you open Site Walk, it checks for the latest version in the background. There’s nothing you need to do to stay up to date.
