1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Symantiq Limited (Company No. 14395687). Registered Office: Suite 1, Marina Court, Castle Street, Hull, England, HU1 1TJ. Contact: hello@sitewalk.co.uk.

2. Data Collection

We practise data minimisation, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Umami — a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service hosted in the EU — to understand aggregate site usage; it does not store cookies on your device or collect personal data (see our Cookie Policy). The one place we collect personal data directly is our contact form: when you complete and submit it, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message, so that we can respond to your enquiry.

3. Hosting & Security

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like all hosting providers, AWS may briefly record your IP address in server logs for security purposes (for example, to prevent denial-of-service attacks). We rely on Legitimate Interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for this necessary security processing.

4. Contact Form

Our website contact form is operated by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. In respect of this data:

  • Controller: Symantiq Limited decides why and how this data is used — namely, to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to contact you about our product.
  • Processor: Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf. Its servers are located in the United States (Amazon Web Services), so your data is transferred outside the UK. This transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards (an International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
  • Retention: Web3Forms automatically deletes stored submissions after a limited period (up to 30 days, or up to 1 year on its paid tier). We keep your enquiry within our email systems only for as long as is needed to deal with it and any follow-up.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our products and services and, where your enquiry relates to a possible contract, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you (for example, if you submitted the contact form), to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, and you may object to our processing.
